Lynette Eason winds up her Blue Justice series with Vow of Justice, the fourth story in a family series that introduced the St. John law enforcement family to readers. It’s great to have Lynette back at Relz Reviewz, sharing about her latest characters, Linc and Allie, in this character spotlight. There’s something fun about learning more about characters through the eyes of the author, especially the traits and characteristics they have intentionally given them, plus a few more stats than you can usually glean from the book itself. I hope you enjoy this behind the scenes looks and be sure to enter the giveaway of Vow of Justice, thanks to the wonderful folk at Revell Books.
Over to you, Lynette…
FBI Special Agent Lincoln St. John is living his own personal nightmare. When the woman he loves, Allison Radcliffe, is killed, he devotes his life to tracking down the killers and making them pay for their crimes. He expected it to be a challenge. What he never expected was to find Allison very much alive shortly after her “murder.” As his anger and hurt mix with relief, Linc isn’t sure how he’s supposed to feel. One thing he does know for sure: he and Allison will have to work together to stop a killer before she dies a second time–this time for good.
Bestselling and award-winning author Lynette Eason closes out her Blue Justice series with a story that will have you tearing through the pages to get to the stunning conclusion.

Die Hard with Bruce Willis.
Your inspiration for the character
Honestly, I don’t have a particular inspiration when it comes to developing characters. I give them the qualities they need to fit the story.
Background to the story
On a visit to Charleston, SC, we passed the Joint Base exit and I thought it would be super cool to use it in a book. 🙂

My niece’s husband was a deputy for years, so grateful for his service and all the others that protect and serve. I sure don’t get the idiocy where people hate LE.
Of course I have loved getting to know the St. John family!
