Cover Reveal: Limited Edition Hardcover Releases from Enclave Publishing

RR Blog Post Banners (2)

Super excited to share with you two brand new novels – and series – releasing from two of my all time favourite writers and Enclave Publishing. Ronie Kendig’s epically brilliant and amazing space opera (think Star Wars, Firefly, Dune) which I’ve had the privilege to read, Brand of Light, and the long awaited new novel from the fabulous Sharon Hinck, Hidden Current, which combines her love of dancing, fantasy, and creatives, which I can’t wait to read!

Ronie has made her mark with military suspense, but she is equally at home penning fantasy/space opera novels. If you have …

First Line Friday: Roseanna M. White’s The Number of Love (with giveaway)

First Line Friday

Well, it has been very quiet at Relz Reviewz that past week or so! Sorry about that. Busyness has a way of impacting my beloved blog which makes me a bit sad. This blog continues to be a labour of love for me – one I want to keep up so I readers and writers can discover each other, so please forgive the times when work and family and other commitments and a migraine here or there need my attention. But I’m back today with my First Line Friday, hosted by Hoarding Books.

I’m sharing the first line from …

Police Officers and the Influence of the Media and Public Perception by Janice Cantore (with giveaway)

RR Blog Post Banners (1)

Being a police officer has never been easy. A cop’s job is observing bad behavior and dealing with said behavior. What it takes to end the bad behavior and resolve the problem is different from situation to situation. That is why the public’s perception of the police and the job they do is so important. A public that understands and respects the difficult duties of officers in their community will be supportive and ease some of the stress of the job for cops. On the other hand, a public that distrusts and dislikes the officers and the job they do …

Relz Reviewz Banners (56)

Synopsis:~

When exotic pet-sitter Belinda Blake moves into a carriage house in tony Greenwich, Connecticut, she’s hoping to find some new clients. Instead she discovers a corpse in the garden—and a knack for solving murders . . .

Pet-sitter Belinda Blake doesn’t rattle easily, but move-in day has been eventful, to say the least. The python in her care tried to slither to freedom—just as she met Stone Carrington V, her landlords’ disarmingly handsome son. With the constrictor back in its cage, she heads out to the garden, only to discover a designer shoe poking out of the boxwood hedge—attached

First Line Friday: Jody Hedlund’s A Reluctant Bride (with giveaway)

First Line Friday

I’m partway through the first book in Jody Hedlund’s new Bride Ships series, so it seem fitting to select it for my First Line Friday (hosted by Hoarding Books). A Reluctant Bride tells the story of Mercy Wilkins and you get a glimpse of her tender heart from the very first line – spoken by Mercy herself. This just released novel is garnering some exceptional reviews and I’ve certainly enjoyed what I’ve read so far. I’m also excited to visit Canada again as that is the destination of the ship Mercy travels on!

Here’s the first line for you……
