Tuesdays seem to roll around very quickly and it’s another Top Ten Tuesday, hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. Books in my Summer (well, technically Winter for me) 2019 TBR are, as always, overwhelming and we covered a lot of them last week, so I’m taking a leaf out of my friend Katie Donovan‘s book and sharing nine (not ten because it would have made for an unbalanced look!!) books I’ve yet to read from the first half of this year. Rest assured they are in my TBR and I will be working my way through them! I’m actually reading A Reluctant Bride now! Well, tonight when I hop into bed and dive back in!
Do share what books are in your TBRs that you plan on getting to soon! And click on the covers for more information…

If I don’t get “Fearless” in my grubby lil hands soon, I’m going to LOSE IT! I also want to read book #2 in the Darkwater Inn Series by Robin Carroll “Darkwater Lies”.

Yup, I have Verity and Fearless on my TBR list as well. I also still have the First book in Rachel McMillan’s series to read. I just love me Kindle bargains, even if it takes me ages to get around to reading them.

Hi Rel! I am so excited to share how I’m conquering my TBR list this summer. Our home is located on some acreage – so . . . . I just sit my happy butt on my green Deere and do the mowing chore – duplicity style!!! – Now I’m not saying my rows are real straight – matter of fact I got caught up in a spirited part of one of Tamara Leigh’s books and didn’t pay attention to the fact that I mowed straight through my field and into Farmer John’s – his cows didn’t mind the newly mown grass. And I was so into one scene in one of Becky Wades books that I am minus a shrub or two – they were inconsequential anyway! And I laughed so hard at a scene in “Wooing Cadie McCaffrey” that I wiped out a row of Wild Myrtles – well, they are wild, so they’ll grow back. And then I got fierce and determined while reading Daughters of Northern Shores (Joanne Bischof) that my attack on mowing the drainage mound looked like the storming of Normandy!! I’m not saying this may be everybody’s cup of tea in how to catch up on your TBR list – but it’s working for me – – as long as you have a creative imagination in how your lawn looks at the end of the day – LOL! I do need a little more practice in making those tractor turns while balancing a cup of tea – nasty business!!

Pam, I think I would very much like being your neighbor and seeing your mowing skills ‘live’ :-). And also, since we both <3 Tamara Leigh! Keep mowing, reading and get a sippy cup for that tea.

Adding “sipppy cup” to my grocery list!! Thanks!!
