Jody Hedlund’s The Preacher’s Bride was a favourite of mine last year, and all the more impressive as it was her debut novel. So, it is with much anticipation that I await the arrival of her second novel, The Doctor’s Lady!

I love this trailer and am looking forward to reading this book. Your first book was fantastic, so I have great expectations for this one! I know the first book was based loosely on the romance of John Bunyan. Is this one based on Marcus and Narcissa Whitman? Oh, no! We all know their ending. I don't like sad books. Holds breath waiting to find out.
