My favorite love story is a book that probably no one has heard of: Tender Victory by Taylor Caldwell. It’s about a minister who adopts seven WW2 war orphans and comes to a small PA town to preach. The romance is between him and the newspaper editor’s daughter. My favourite love story is Love Comes Softly. It was the first Janette Oke book I ever read and it remains my favourite. The DVD series is good but doesn’t do the books justice (IMHO).
