Top Ten Tuesday: Books I Enjoyed but rarely talk about

Top Ten Tuesday (2)

How does Tuesday keep coming around so quickly?! Maybe because it’s already Wednesday here in my neck of the woods! Regardless, welcome to my Top Ten Tuesday post, hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. The topic was another excuse to scour my shelves for oldies but goodies. I rarely talk about these books – although I have mentioned some of these before – because they were all published in at least twenty years ago (these were all published in either the 90s or the year 2000)! That boggles my mind a little. The mix of genres in this list show my eclectic reading once again. Rom-com, historical romance, contemporary romance, time-travel, thriller, romantic suspense, and speculative!

Makes me wish I had time to do some re-reading. Although, I’ve already ready 70% of these books multiple times already!

  1. Nice list!

    My TTT .

  2. Anything by Francine Rivers – Redeeming Love – The Mark of the Lion Series – The Last Sin Eater – all amazing books. I’m currently re-reading Mark of the Lion series. I also love time travel – I’m not sure when it was published but “Dreamspell” by Tamara Leigh was wonderful along with her Age of Faith series.

    • Pam – Florida » Ha!! Well, that’s what you get when you answer one comment before reading the previous one. Okay, so you’ve read Dreamspell, so try The Carthage Chronicles by Lynne Gentry 🙂

  3. I have a question for you Rel – – what are your top 3 picks for time-travel books?

    • Pam – Florida » Hmmmm…sorry for the late response, Pam, but here goes.

Dreamspell by Tamara Leigh (I know you’ll be totally surprised by me suggesting a Tamara Leigh book ;-))
River of Time series by Lisa T. Bergren (YA, but absolutely fabulous!)
Sword of Lyric series by Sharon Hinck (technically not time travel in that the heroine travels to a fantasy world, but they are brilliant stories and I couldn’t not include them!)

Have you read any of them?
