I knew Instagram would come in handy someday and today is that day! Having had a crushing migraine for the past two days – even though it’s gone now – migraine hangover and weariness is my lot today, so searching for favourite quotes was a bit more than I could handle. So, for today’s Top Ten Tuesday post, hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl, I’ve selected my inspirational/thought-provoking book quotes from ones I’ve posted on Instagram over the past couple of years. It’s funny that I’ve been thinking about getting back to these kind of Instagram posts for a couple of weeks, so this post may be the extra impetus I need!
As always, it was hard to pull only ten from the many I’ve posted, but here they are for your enjoyment. Isn’t it amazing that with only 26 letters of the alphabet, writers can combine those letters and words into such unique tapestries that will have no end.
What’s a favourite bookish quote of yours?
Someday I plan to catch up on ALL THE SMW novels; Amy’s are always “tough” but worthwhile reads; and of course, I still adore Joanne’s ‘Lady & Lionheart’ novel. Also, three cheers for Instagram!! Don’t you love it when pulling a post together is EASY!?! 😀
