I cannot tell you how over the moon I am about this cover, story, series, and author! Ronie Kendig’s talent is well known and her ability to weave epic stories is second to none, but she ratchets it up another few notches with her space opera trilogy, the Droseran Saga. I’m delighted to be a part of her cover reveal today as she shares the cover for Dawn of Vengeance, created by the supremely talented, Kirk DouPonce. I love everything about this cover, particular the depiction of Marco Dusan, who is hands down one of my top three heroes, that’s how well Ronie has written him. And yes, I have been privileged to have read this story, continuing on his epic and heartbreaking journey from Brand of Light, and it is INCREDIBLE!

Take a look at this brilliance…

Dawn of Vengeance

Before you might say with ‘space operas aren’t my thing’, you need to reconsider and get your hands on Brand of Light. It will forever change your mind! And you want to be ready for Dawn of Vengeance come 8th December, 2020!

Here’s a closer look at the story…

DawnVengeance (1)

A haunting prophecy upended his identity. Now it demands his life.

Once a formidable bounty hunter, Marco Dusan is plagued by insecurity as he tours the realm he now rules. This quiet, backwater planet is not as untouched as he’d once thought. Evidence of collusion between Droseran factions and the powerful Symmachians with their forbidden technology litters his encounters. Worse, all signs indicate Xisya, the alien who tortured him, is still snatching Kynigos Brethren—but to what end?

Corporal Eija Zacdari works hard to win a coveted place on the Symmachian hyperjump program, but instinct tells her their intel is flawed. Despite nearly failing the tests, she is assigned to the team—and lands in the middle of a bewildering conspiracy.

Haunted by a prophecy that promises pain and war, Marco forges alliances to protect the primitive world against Symmachia’s devastating influence. But one truth becomes painfully clear: the biggest threat to their world may be much, much closer to home.

  1. THAAAAAANK YOOOUUUUU soooooooooo much!!! You humble me with your gracious words, Rel. Also, 100,000 thank yous for talking through plot hiccups with me and keeping me (mostly) sane during this!

  2. I use to be one of those that said ‘space operas aren’t my thing’, but there was NO way I was NOT going to read one of Ronie’s book so I dove in and OH. MY. WORD. ‘Brand of Light’ was well worth taking the risk of reading outside my usual orbit. The gut-punch at the end had me in tears, so I can’t wait to get my hands on ‘Dawn of Venegance’ and YAWZAH!!!!…that cover of Marco!! Yummy!!

  3. Absolutely stunning cover…I’m so in love and cannot wait! You outdid yourself on this one.
