Barbour Publishing Launches 13-Part Digital Serial Series

Uhrichsville, OH – Riding on the tails of the hugely successful Discovery Saga serial novel by Wanda E. Brunstetter, Barbour Publishing is setting its sights on the next big serial success. But this time, the focus will be on a digital-only debut.

Starting December 28, Barbour will be launching a brand-new direct to digital series entitled Hidden Falls from its new digital episode imprint, Shiloh Run Studios. The 13-episode series penned by award-winning author Olivia Newport will be available in e-book and audiobook formats. The serial series will read like a television series where each new title is considered an episode that ends with a cliffhanger that will leave readers wanting more. To kick-start Hidden Falls’ release, a nationwide social media campaign and giveaway aimed at generating buzz for the new digital series will run in association with each episode released in the series.

The first episode, Hidden Falls: Ordinary Secrets, will be free to all readers starting December 28. The new series introduces readers to the citizens of Hidden Falls and their thirty years of small-town secrets that build into a mystery that no one can solve alone. Episode 2, Hidden Falls: Losing Quinn, releases January 24, 2014, with the rest of the 13 episodes releasing every Friday.
