Then two more lawyers are killed when the firm’s private jet crashes. Authorities suspect someone has a vendetta against McNaughton & Clay, leaving Landon and the remaining partner as the final targets.
As Landon struggles to keep the firm together, he can’t help but wonder, is the plot related to a shady case from McNaughton & Clay’s past, or to the murder trial he’s neck-deep in now? And will he survive long enough to find out?

I’m curious about Grace’s Pictures – sounds interesting!
And Misery Loves Company… Wow! That synopsis has me quite intrigued, even though suspense novels aren’t generally my thing. 🙂
Thank you for sharing, Rel!

Howdy, Rel! Wow, what a line-up from Tyndale this year. I’m already eager to get my hands on Renegade and Outcast. I’ve read the first chapters of Where Treasure Hides and Mind of Her Own…both are great! You can pre-order them 🙂
And…of course, I’ve already read Claiming Mariah. Over and over and over… lol
Thanks for the shout-out. And thank you so much for the kind words about Stealing Jake, my debut novel. The goal of any author should be a satisfied reader.
And, Ruth, so glad to meet you here at Rel’s. She’s a sweetheart, isn’t she?
December 18, 2012 at 1:34 am

I have to say I like all of the ebook covers but only “Grace’s Pictures” out of the others. I love the use of the old camera. My parents had one like that when I was very young. Michele’s cover is pretty OK to me and Jolina’s looks nice. The story idea of a retelling of “The Scarlet Letter” attracts me more than the cover. I am actually surprised with this love from Tyndale, ebooks excluded, as I think the covers are not very good. I love Rene’s work, too, but the cover is terrible to me, as is Mel’s in my opinion. Loved hearing that you had read my first book! “Misty Mountains” was my first release. It was so exciting, and a bit intimidating, to be working with my favorite author, Gilbert.
December 17, 2012 at 2:55 pm
Wow, just reread my post. Don’t know what I meant by “this love from Tyndale.” I was writing it in a hurry. I think I meant something like “this group of covers of Tyndale.”
December 18, 2012 at 1:13 am
Aaron, maybe you need more coffee this morning…or tea! lol
Yeah, some covers reach and and grab you while others don’t. But I imagine it’s a lot like books. One cover might not be my cup of tea, but another reader might love it.
Speaking of which, I ADORE my cover. 🙂
Just sayin’
December 18, 2012 at 3:23 am
Hey Pam! Well, that Southern “tea” called Dr. Pepper is my caffeine drink of choice! I love both of your covers! Is Tyndale ever going to offer these books in paper format?
December 18, 2012 at 5:43 am
That is the plan, my friend. But, as they say, it’s complicated. lol
Actually, I’m in residence on the Tyndale blog most of this week. On Wednesday, I’ll discuss Digital First vs. Digital Only which addresses your question.
I won’t post a link because I don’t want to hijack Rel’s blog, so y’all can poke around and find it later! 🙂
December 18, 2012 at 9:20 pm
Pam Hillman » Feel free to “hijack” Pam 🙂

Some interesting titles and new authors coming out this year from Tyndale. They always surprise me a little bit with the style of writing and/or stories they choose. Not all of them resonate with me…which I guess is true of all houses. 😉 Some great covers and hey…love the snow! 🙂
December 25, 2012 at 1:03 am
Casey » 😉 Can’t wait to chat with you once we have read some of these ones! Enjoy your Christmas, dear Casey xo xo
